Your subscription price stays. The subscription price you confirm when signing up remains valid indefinitely as long as your contract runs without interruption: base price, price per app and per-person rate. New price lists apply only to new contracts.
Who counts? Each active person counts, including part-time staff, apprentices and temporary staff. Applicants and former employees do not count. Without HR | base, you declare the number yourself and confirm it when signing up.
Automatically adjusted The count at the start of the month applies. If it changes, we always adjust the price automatically on the first of the month, in either direction, and inform your administration.

Each app has its own minimum term of 12 months, including apps added later. It starts after the free month; requesting data migration by KMU | base starts the paid subscription immediately and ends the free month. The base fee is charged once while at least one app remains active. For apps added later, the individual minimum term starts on booking, without another free month.
When is the price adjusted?
The count at the start of the month applies. Adjustments always take place automatically on the first of the month, in either direction, with notice to the administration.

How is the price determined?
The price is made up of the base price, the chosen apps and the number of employees. Each active person counts, including part-time staff, apprentices and temporary staff. Applicants and former employees do not count. Without HR | base, you declare the number yourself and confirm it when signing up.
Is VAT included?
No. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
How can I cancel?
Cancel under Settings › Subscription. Cancellation is free during the free month. Each app then has its own minimum term of 12 months, including apps added later. After that, cancel with 30 days’ notice at the end of a monthly billing period. The base fee ends with the last app.
What are the benefits of a dedicated server?
Dedicated server in Switzerland: CHF 390.– per month, included from 1’000 employees and 3 apps. Separate database, maintenance windows by agreement.
